About us

A healthy nation begins today.

What will a healthy future for Uzbekistan look like? It begins today — with the habits we form, with the children we get moving, with a conscious attitude to food and with the example we set for one another.

The National Healthy Lifestyle and Fitness Association of Uzbekistan brings together organisations, specialists and partners so that a healthy lifestyle becomes not merely a personal choice, but part of the country’s modern culture and public life.

We support the development of fitness and mass sport, promote the principles of balanced nutrition, back educational and social initiatives, and create opportunities for people to take up regular physical activity.

For us, a healthy lifestyle is more than training. It is a culture of everyday decisions, care for one’s own wellbeing, knowledge about nutrition, and the chance for people of every generation to live an active life.

We believe that movement unites generations, that knowledge helps change habits, and that joint initiatives can create lasting change. That is why we pay particular attention to involving young people in sport, developing the professional community, and working with organisations that share our goals.

We work for a future in which physical activity, a conscious attitude to nutrition and care for one’s health become a natural part of life for people across Uzbekistan.

What we do

We bring together organisations, specialists and partners to develop a culture of healthy living and make it accessible to everyone.

Fitness and mass sport

We develop the fitness industry, promote regular physical activity and support initiatives that draw people into sport.

Healthy nutrition

We share knowledge about rational and balanced nutrition, and foster a conscious attitude to food and its role in maintaining health.

Education and professional development

We support the professional growth of coaches and specialists, and encourage the exchange of experience and the adoption of modern knowledge and practice.

Youth and social initiatives

We support projects that introduce children and young people to sport, help build healthy habits and make an active lifestyle part of everyday life.

Cooperation and partnership

We join the efforts of government and public organisations, business, the professional community and international partners to deliver shared initiatives.

Industry development and innovation

We advance modern approaches, take part in drafting guidelines and industry standards, and support the growth of sports infrastructure, the adoption of digital solutions and the exchange of best practice.

Our goals

We want a healthy lifestyle to become an accessible and natural part of everyday life for people across Uzbekistan.

  • Promoting a healthy lifestyle — building a culture of conscious care for health and wellbeing.
  • Developing fitness and mass sport — helping create the conditions for regular physical activity for every generation.
  • Advancing the principles of balanced nutrition — raising awareness of the role of good nutrition in maintaining health.
  • Involving young people in an active lifestyle — supporting initiatives that build lasting interest in sport and in caring for one’s own health.
  • Uniting the professional community — developing cooperation between organisations, specialists and partners in fitness and healthy living.
  • Developing educational and social initiatives — helping spread knowledge, exchange experience and deliver projects that strengthen public health.

We are convinced that consistent work in these areas will help shape a society in which movement, good nutrition and a responsible attitude to health become shared values.
